This image is visually appealing. It says "Big Brothers Big Sisters" program which helps little kids have after school activities and stay off the street. The leveling is pretty good because it is pretty balanced as the bigger kid is significantly taller as expected. But they balance that out with the kid swinging upwards.
This would've looked great if they didn't at the sewer pothole into the well decorated bricks. It looks weird. It makes it imbalanced because there is too many circles. If it was just bricks on the left side then it would've been perfect. Even though it might have been a city issue, they couldn't made the bricks slightly to the left so they can add the cement around the left one more.
